Our town has a newspaper that serves our entire county. My favorite section is not the comics. No, my favorite section is the Police Blotter. You get to read a quick summary of calls that officers had to respond to in the line of duty.
Now, some say that crime is low around here. Some say our county is quiet. I say, read the Police Blotter and know the truth!
For example, some of the following calls were answered September 19th through the 20th:
1. People reportedly were loudly bouncing on a trampoline in a backyard on North Water Street.
2. A person reportedly was threatening to take a bed from a residence on Pioneer Trail Road.
3. A pickup reportedly was blocking a stop sign on West Ravenswood Lane.
4. A dog reportedly was barking for an hour on Fourth Avenue.
Now, I don't know how things are in your neck of the woods, but we may have to start locking our doors around here. We have been forced to get a guard dog.......

I'm pretty sure Biskit WAS the dog heard barking on 4th street. Her bark has been know to carry several miles.
