Organizing! My Laptop Things

Do you read the 'Peanuts' cartoon?

When I am "playing" on my laptop, I sometimes feel like PigPen, 

the little boy with the clouds of dust and mess on and around him.

This should not be.

 I need a container to hold these things 

AND

it needs to be convenient to carry around.

At first, I found this pretty tin.

After washing and looking at it carefully,

I decided it did not fit my needs...

I have some small books/notebooks.

This is what needs to be contained.

So I went looking again.

Just when I thought that nothing would work, 

I stumbled across this carrier.

At the time, it had various screws, nails and dust in it.

Why wasn't I using this at all?

Oh yeah, The dividers were broken.

No matter how many times 

I have tried to superglue them down, 

they break off right away.

BUT

I have a new weapon in my glue arsenal....

Gorilla Glue.,

Gorilla Glue in front of my antique bowl with my collection of cookie cutters.

The only unfortunate side effect: the glue plumps up while it dries.

It did leave a small bit of glue around in the interior.

Next, I needed something small to corral my flash drives.

Ah ha!!

It was on my hutch, right in front of me...

A little metal creamer from Good will.

 Let's fill this up!

It looks good!

It's working out perfectly!

I love this solution because:
1.  I shopped at home!  Therefore, I did not need to go out and spend any money to look
    this good.
2.  The carrier matches things I already have in my home.
3.  It's lightweight and easy to carry.
4.  It easily holds everything I need.

Now that's fun!  Go get one little bitty area cleaned out and cleaned up today.
